Support: What to do if the error “Could not verify the license” is displayed

In rare cases we have noticed that  after upgrading from version 1.0.144.0 to version 1.0.150.0 or higher there is a licensing error displayed: “Could not verify the license. The update can’t be performed.”

In most cases, there is nothing wrong with the license.

To solve this problem please install the latest update from here: https://update.corecyberdefense.com/package/CORE-Antivirus-update.exe

This will install the latest update and will temporarily stop the running processes, install the latest files and then restart all processes. Everything takes less than a minute on a normal machine.
